Terms of Service
These beta terms are intended to make expectations clear while GG.cards prepares for public beta. They are not a substitute for final legal review before a broader launch.
Service description
GG.cards helps collectors catalogue cards, build virtual binders, track progress, create Wishlists and share selected collection views.
Eligibility
Independent accounts are currently for people aged 13 and over. You are responsible for providing accurate account setup information.
Your responsibilities
Keep your login details secure, use GG.cards lawfully, and only upload or share content you have the right to use.
Collection and listing accuracy
Collection, Wishlist, trade and sale information is managed by users. You are responsible for keeping your own listings and card details accurate.
Public sharing
Public profiles, binders, Wishlists and Trade Lists are opt-in. Anyone with a public link may be able to view the information you choose to share.
Trades and sales
Sale and trade interactions are user-to-user. GG.cards is not a seller, buyer, broker, escrow service or payment provider.
Pricing and data
Market values, catalogue data and release metadata may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on GG.cards as your only pricing or authenticity source.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, scrape excessively, harass other users, attempt unauthorized access or share unlawful, deceptive or harmful content.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where needed to protect users, the service or legal compliance. You may request account deletion from your profile settings.
Intellectual property
GG.cards owns its product design and original service content. Card names, images and third-party data may belong to their respective owners.
Third-party services
GG.cards uses services such as Supabase, Vercel and card catalogue/pricing providers. Those services may process data as needed to operate GG.cards.
Changes
These beta terms may change as GG.cards evolves. We will update this page when the terms change materially.
